Lets play a game. Imagine a society with no institutions, no money, no government-influenced agendas to do. In this society, we wake up and do what we want to do. If we want a park to play in, we must create it. We trade chickens for goats, milk for eggs etc. If we wanna bang out a building in a few days, we'll work all day. If we wanna spend tha day chillin out with tha homies, we could do that without calling in. This is supposed to be Utopia so lets pretend EVERYBODY is willing to work..What would your trade to society be ? Would your finished product be enough gratification for you ? Do you think eventually there would have to be a limited group callin shots ? Yes i meant a government. Just curious

here's someone who probably said it better than I could:
In communist society, where nobody has one exclusive sphere of activity but each can become accomplished in any branch he wishes, society regulates the general production and thus makes it possible for me to do one thing today and another tomorrow, to hunt in the morning, fish in the afternoon, rear cattle in the evening, criticise after dinner, just as I have a mind, without ever becoming hunter, fisherman, herdsman or critic.

(contains humor that is sexist, though I hope the irony is apparent)
But seriously, I would do whatever I wanted, and I imagine so would everybody else, sometimes we would want to do things that we see as work right now, sometimes we wouldn't.
I learned how to lay brick and block in school, I wouldn't mind doing that a little bit, I'd also like to learn how to work on electronics, I'd also like to live in remote places of various different climates for extended periods of time surviving off the land.
Only communism allows the space for the development of the true individual.
