I've only really seen one, and that was years ago when it came up in an English class because of "There Wiill Come Soft Rains" by Ray Bradbury.

The story follows an unemployed citizen of an unknown country (its is blatantly obvious that the cartoon is talking about the US judging from product placement and musical theme) who out of greed and I suppose out of general sense of apathy ends up working as a live shooting target for a wealthy, cigar smoking capitalist, the owner of a local shooting gallery.

Thank you for sharing! I love old Soviet cinema and animation. I once had somebody tell me the Soviet Union never produced anything of artistic value. Oh how badly I proved him wrong...
