Life is equally as pointless as death
When you feel like you're at the end
You just want the feelings to stop
The pain inside you too much to bare
You want to put an end to it all
You know nothing comes after
But nothing seems almost better
You remember the good times
But right now you just want to disappear
You got to cry out for help
You just want someone to love you
You just want somebody to be there for you
You can't get that special one
You feel death is a better option than life
But in the end
We can never know what happens
What if the Christians
Were actually right
Hellfire for real?
No way!
But why risk it
Existence precedes essence
So just change that essence and continue existing if existence is real
Your tired of this shit world
You want to make things better
But you feel all alone
But look around
There are those that do care
They are there for you
So reach out and call for help

I hope everything is okay. The people on this forum are generally helpful so if you need help/want to vent/reach out to someone this can be a good place.

You are already dead. Why are you dragging around that corpse?

while you are at your computer maybe look on youtube to find people video blogging about stuff that interests you or about feeling down- when I feel very out of it which has been the case the last several days I like knowing there are other folks going through very similar things- video games and movies usually distract me during the low points until I start to come out of it, being around people usually doesn't help and often makes things worse

This, but don't isolate too much, comrade.

Go out, talk to people, drink a beer or coffee. I know it's tremendously difficult to see a point at this, but it will help you at some point. It's going to be boring and pointless and and and but at you will find something that interests you at time. You might find something that distracts you (not for very long but it will help you until you find something more stable). You also might meet someone that cheers you up or understands you or both.
One thing is sure: you won't get anywhere if you stay inside your house.
I hope I've helped my therapist gave me this advice and it was pretty helpful for me.

I think don't feel like you have to isolate is good advice but feeling like you have to perform 'normally' in 'normal' social situations when you simply can't or don't want to be in the situation can become an issue and avoidance of solitude simply because it has a stigma is inadequate and potentially harmful. If watching movies by yourself takes away the feelings of dread and anxiety then do it but also experiment with talking to friends, or a psychologist/psychiatrist. Make safe spaces with safe activities you can retreat to which can be anything. The tv show Firefly, a big lake, and a good friend saved my life.

"Safe spaces" don't exist. At least, I've never experienced that, and I'm still here.
