Favorite Iron Maiden albums?

I mentioned in the 'favorite pink floyd albums' thread of doing a similar thread for Iron Maiden....and here it is. :D

Anyway, these guys are probably my fav classic metal band. They're pretty much the only metal band touring today I think who can have a huge, elaborate stage show yet also have the musical and lyrical chops to equal it (next to Alice Cooper, but we're talking bands here).

Anyway, these are my faves:

4. Powerslave

3. Number of the Beast

2. Killers

1. Piece of Mind

Iron Maiden were one of the first bands i really "got" in my early-mid teens, so I guess you could say I've had plenty of time to decide.

My favourite album usually cycles between Powerslave and Seventh son, second place is usually a fight between Somewhere in Time and Brave New World.

But in all honesty, Bruce's Chemical Wedding is better than any Maiden album in my opinion.

Iron Maiden were one of the first bands i really "got" in my early-mid teens, so I guess you could say I've had plenty of time to decide.

Same with me. Currently I don't listen to them that much as I have kind of moved beyond metal and what I used to listen.

They've both great albums, of course. I just prefer AoB more.
