Does anyone know of any decent books on the scramble for Africa, the European slave trade's development and power-struggles for control over land (i.e. the battles between Britain and Holland for control over southern Africa)?. It'd be particularly helpful if anyone knew of books on these things that focused specifically on the west-African coast.

If anyone can help me with this, I'd appreciate it immensely.
