I had no idea who this woman was until I saw that video doing the rounds on Facebook. She was apparently on the Apprentice UK...Why anyone is paying any attention to her is beyond me.

I bet there's a kind of confirmation bias going on in what passes for her mind - anything negative she hears about kids with posh names she mentally writes off, but the negative things she hears about kids with "common" names stick out, because she sees everything through a lens of snobbery.
