View Full Version : Help Ugandan IWW

Forward Union
4th July 2013, 13:59
Workers in Uganda are forming an IWW Ugandan Regional Administration and need the support of the Union at large. The Wobs are sending over two volunteers to help with legal and organiser training. Nothing comes for free, so if anyone here is willing to donate anything between $1, or $25 please do so. Money will go towards getting our volunteers there and any surplus will go to the Ugandan IWW.

You can donate through the IWW site here (http://store.iww.org/uganda-ot101.html) or here (http://www.gofundme.com/2t8tyo)

Below is the orignal request;

Please help us to strengthen the IWW internationally! Since spring 2012, our fellow workers in Uganda have asked for a training. Two trainers (Libby from Cleveland and Violetta from GLAMROC) will therefore go from the 17th to 31st August 2013 to Uganda to deliver trainings and meet the branch. However, we need your support to finance the trip! We have so far $1000 allocated from around $3000 needed to cover primarily travel costs, but also help with costs for vaccination and visa. Consequently, we still have to raise $2000 to realize the trip and strengthen the IWW in Uganda. Any donations are highly welcome!

Anyone who donates more that $1000 will replace Malte as the emperor of revleft.
