I'm not sure where to post this so I put it in the Environment section. The video speaks for itself. For those of you who can't watch the video a police officer is, at what looks like a school, macing a squirrel. What looks to be a baby or very young squirrel.

incredibly dick move but animal brutality doesn't exactly match up to actually killing people

so not exactly a new low, just another day in the miserable existence of a pig

People should be allowed to attack cops :crying:

I would say it is a low or at least close to one. People can at least fight back whereas squirrel cannot (or at least wouldn't know to). Really disgusting to pick on a defenseless animal like that.

What the hell? What danger does a squirrel pose, really? This is just another pig abusing his tools and powers, trying to play God.

If anything is to be taken from this, it is not concerns over the safety of squirrels, but the psychological dimensions of cops.

Yes. Absolutely yes. (http://www.examiner.com/article/animal-abuse-indicates-high-risk-of-psychopathic-disorder)

One of the "warning signs" of psychopathy of the worst sort is the casual abuse of animals.

Considering that being a cop is one of those few jobs in which one can legally assault and even murder others, is it any wonder that such depraved individuals are attracted to the role?

Really? The cop has nothing better to do than mace an innocent baby squirrel? I'd say I'm surprised but, honestly, I'm really not.

Where was that? He looks like a Cali cop.

Here's my mock local news comment section post:

You guys, we don't see what happened right before or right after this video was taken. Cops wouldn't do this for no reason, the perp was obviously a threatinging the cop. In fact I read that the police found a tiny handgun not far from the scene. These officers put their lives on the line everyday and come across all sorts of unimaginable abuse at the hands of hip-hop thug-culture mice, squirrles, and pidgeons. So we shouldn't rush to judgement without having all the facts... only police officers are able to do that. Also I am in no way a retired police officer.
