Psh, birthday cake. Birthday cake sucks. I made banana cinnamon pancakes, Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal, and French Toast Casserole, and a bunch of Mimosas.

What in the hell is French Toast Casserole?!?!
Well, basically, you take a casserole dish, fill it with the egg mixture you soak french toast in (egg, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg is what I use). Then you tear up a loaf of bakery bread (I used an Italian loaf) and layer it across the casserole dish crust side up. Let it soak up the mixture for a few minutes and then bake. When it gets out sprinkle powdered sugar and lots of maple syrup and you're done.
