Question about safe hosting for radical left-wing web-sites

Comrades, could anyone recommend some safe (and especially anonymous) web-hosting providers for left-wing content? What countries and providers are the safest to register a radical socialist web-site? What type of hosting company is better for registration - "usual" web hoster or special left-wing hosters like nadir.org?

there is no such thing as a "safe" hosting, not only has the whole Snowden/NSA leak thing shown that the intelligence services tap the backbones you also never know what these "activist" hosters actually do.
there is a infamous case of italian anarchists setting up a supposedly "safe" hosting and it turned out that they just rented a rack on one of these .to islands and the italian state took the effort to send an agent halfway the world to physically tap the server which cost a group of activists who trusted the hoster a lengthy prison sentence.
but all in all nadir and riseup have been around for a while now and are "trusted" by people who know how the internet works, trusted in so far as possible, you still shouldnt talk about illegal shit on the internet, not even through encryption.
riseup is down a lot though, i think nadir is more stable.
i chose a liberal/progressive commercial webhost for myself, sure they will comply with the autorities in the end but they will fight tooth and nail to protect not only their clients but also their business model which relies on the trust of their clients, they have a obligation to inform me of state interference in their terms of contract, they actually know what their doing and they cant be taken down easily and since their physical location is in the netherlands dutch law applies which is usefull for my standing in court if legal problems ever arise, a lot of people are not aware that in a lot of countries with fancy freedom of speech and privacy laws these laws only apply to citizens, not foreign clients.
