I'm from upstate New York, I'm a communist because of all the greed and violence in the world, besides religion capitalism has inspired more murder and genocide in history and current times than any other reason. also the reason I really got into researching all of the left wing ideals, such as communism, socialism, anarchy, amongst others was that one day I realized that something such as a knife or a rock would serve you a way more productive of a purpose than any amount of money in most scenarios, I live in a pretty wooded area, so who am I going to buy things from the pine, the oak, or the spruce tree? and the money is only worth its government set value if the government or economy are there. and in America with all the propaganda, lies, illegal wars, political in-fighting, militia actions, and the "president" passing laws that have turned otherwise docile citizens into activists, and activists into armed militants. I figured I better learn to live without relying on the cursed paper. because the system behind it has limit days left. and it failed so the left-movements could easily achieve power and create a place that could turn into a true worker class paradise, with a few improvements im sure. nothing is perfect at first but why shouldn't we try? there isn't really a lot of organization amongst the communists and socialists in my area, there is a large Maoist presence, but I don't see eye to eye with them on the subject of industrialization/urbanization. In my opinion a perfect example of communism hasn't actually occurred yet, the reason behind it to me is that the attempts of the past, both good and bad, and there has been both. is that they always centralize power to one person or a few, it should be that all the people in a town get together and find a mayor, or equivalent person to represent the vast majority of the peoples concerns (again it could never be 100% perfect) then after the appropriate person was elected. the mayors of the states, or provinces would get together and complete the same process to elect a governor, or equivalent person. and the governors would meet in a semi-parliamentary setting where every decision, every single law or act or anything is heavily discussed. and lets say a mayor or a governor becomes corrupt or isn't representing the citizens concerns then they can at anytime hold a vote to revoke their position, with no government restrictions. also one thing that I feel that isn't always "traditional" is that I think everyone should have a firearm, a semi-automatic rifle. because lets be honest in any country the last check/balance is always revolution, as marx said, "revolutions are the locomotives of history" one more point i'd make is that if I was setting up a communist nation I would include a job-rotation program. this would solve several concerns, one being that everyone would want an easy-desk job and not many people would want to be farmers or contruction or elsewise hard labor. every two weeks you switch to a nother job, this also promotes a skilled workforce and a stable economy. the issue of wel-fare or equivalent programs. lets say a soldier serves and get his legs blown off in combat, he could get a reduced work certificate, because lets say your leg gets blown off you could still in theory anser phones or work on a computer. housing food water clothing other nessesities would be provided through the mayors office building, and as long as your in the workforce you would get an equal share of evertything, because hey you helped create and grown everything in your yearly job rotation. I am not very concerned with power or anything like that because everyone would have the same say on everything. I speak maybe too much, and I might talk in circles
