Brandon's Impotent Rage

I found this (http://www.iww.org/history/library/Haywood/GeneralStrike) over on the IWW's website. It's the text of a speech that one of my personal heroes Big Bill Haywood gave in NYC on March 16th, 1911. In it, he discusses the Paris Commune, the General Strike, and even brings up the general strike in russia in 1905. Being this speech was made in 1911, we all know what events transpired in Russia just a few years later.

Big Bill was a goddamn hero, yet he's almost unheard of today in the U.S. This man was not only big in stature, but in heart and in intellect as well. There's a reason the bosses and the ruling class were terrified of this man and the people he represented, and why they've done everything possible to slander, libel, and even cover up his memory to erase all traces of him in the public consciousness.

Big Bill Ain't Dead!
