Nah, it was a real person, and they definitely seemed like somebody who would post here. They even had a picture with a V for Vendetta mask, and portraits of marx-engels-lenin-stalin-mao.

My identity has not been revealed through that picture. (which is what the rule is about)

Sure, if somebody sees me in the future they may be able to recognize my tattoos and deduce that I am the douche. But I don't say anything incriminating on here, and if they can see my tattoos then they can already tell I am a communist, so there is no added danger there.

I would post a picture of my face on here, I don't care, I know fascists in the mid-atlantic know me, they know my name, they have pictures of me, etc. But the rule is mostly in place to protect the more naive posters from getting themselves into a dangerous situation.
