Good day to you all! From the USA, I'm the Sky Hedgehogian Maestro. Karl is my name and I am very pleased to be joining you here!
On top of the usual crap people do, I hope that I might receive more critical reception to my literary works here than I have on other sites.

I'll get right to the point- I'm too young and too dumb to actually have a political stance, and anyone who says that an 18 year old can discuss politics intelligently without gawding over one side, the other, or trying to remain center based, or can use logic flawlessly either has not been near 18 year olds in decades, are too old to remember what they were like when they were 18, or are 18. Despite this, I'm well within the process of developing a trilogy (not to actually be written for some time) that would absolutely fall apart without its futuropolitics. 2+2= Time for me to immerse myself into the world of political anomie and see if I survive.

Have I liquefied your brain yet? Don't worry, being schizoid (or perhaps Aspergers? Under this current state of funding of mental health, no one knows) I get worse. This is just my introductory post.
Hello!

Welcome :)

If you have political questions, you can ask them in the Learning forum. That's why it's there after all!

If you have questions about your account, don't hesitate to send me a PM or ask here. I did remove your last name, as we're rather strict about privacy.

What will your trilogy be about?

*On that point, I think I posted a new thread in that one that should have gone in 'Theory.'

*Actually, there was no need...

*The trilogy is... wide. Short n' sweet, a royal supports revolution against her own throne, gets overthrown, gets brutally tortured, discovers that one of the reasons why she's being tortured is because she ruined an evil AI's plan for domination, gets screwed over in life, there you go.
I assure you, with its full summary, it sounds a lot better.
I'll just take this to the Literature forum.

What do you think of the clowns "running" the largest "democracies" in the world (Obama, Merkel, Cameron)?

Sane: There's no difference between any of 'em. Why bother with names?

Insane: Let us act like Jacobins on Steroids.

That is generally speaking correct, but it has to be said that there are some people soon to get their damn pension who are complete idiots when it comes to politics as well. While some 18 year olds are miles ahead of them, both when it comes to ideology and maturity.

It's important to remember that there are plenty of exceptions to every rule, and therefore one should avoid generalising. And your opinion as a 18 year old will be respected as good as anyones here on Revleft.

Welcome. :)

I should probably also mention, I seem to be predisposed to brutal sadism towards the rich, so there's that...

I see Alex from 'A Clockwork Orange'. Why did you choose him to be your avatar?

1- Because he just looks too damn cool.
2- I have his same problem, as I just mentioned- a darkly fascination with terrible levels of violence. Of course, my fascination is a bit more focused.

You need only read this to understand-

So I found it fitting.

By the way, the reason I came here in the first place was because I was looking for a legitimate left-wing forum that wasn't the Political Discussion forum board. I had attempted to search for one several times over the past 4 years, but every time I never was as specific as this time- "communist forum" in the Google bar.
