Question on Mao

I've heard that Mao was a pedophile. In fact my brother who takes business trips to China told me that's the sentiment over there.

Is this true or was it just some rumor that got out of hand, like Stalin marrying his daughter for his second wife?

It's okay to be a pedophile if you like the opposite/same sex but younger,it's okay I guess,but if you like both then it's just wrong,I'm not approving of child molestation or anything but I think we can all agree that men and some women like younger partners,somewhere in the teens but if it goes below the age of 13 then yup,there pedophiles.

I've heard this as well before. It's kind of a stereotypical view of powerful Asians, for some reason. I've seen it in some Bruce Lee films also and comics and shit.

Basically, I don't know if it's true. It wouldn't really surprise me. :)

There&#39;s a lot of crazy rumors out there (I&#39;m not saying that they aren&#39;t true, cause I really don&#39;t know since I wasn&#39;t there) usually these rumors came about in order to tarnish the legend of certain world leaders i.e. I&#39;m sure you all heard that Katherine the Great died when a horse she was having intercourse with collapsed on top of her, It&#39;s been pretty much been a consensus that this in fact was not true.

I&#39;m also heard that Stalin married his daughter, which I&#39;m also pretty sure has been found to be not true.

I don&#39;t know about Mao. I do know that he did prefer younger women, like girls in their late teens or early twentie, maybe tha&#39;s where that came from.
