I'll work on that a bit tonight- I can only remember having a problem twice, (I can only remember one of the specific examples, I just remember disagreeing with something else at the time.

Actually, I don't know if you have a transcript of the podcast, but if you do I'd love you to send it to me, so I can accurately quote you and analyze what you said better. Cause my problems may have simply been me misunderstanding what you said.
