Well hello !
I am Zaza, a turk who's living in Germany.
To start with the suggested ideas in the "Introduction forum rules",
I rather have no idea how the "leftist scene" is like, over here.
I do not bother to read or learn about german politics, but I am well informed about eastern ones.
>What are your political ideas, if any?
I am a Kemalist-Marxist.
I follow the ideology of the first turkish president, who build a secular state out of the collapsed trash called Ottoman empire.
Then, I also follow the ideology of Marx and Engels.
Other than that, I am contra american and zionist politics.
>How did you become a leftist?
Mainly because of my father. He self is a kemalist/marxist politican who was a big part of founding some communties. He also knew alot politicans and still does.
Other than that,
I am well informed about the Syrian "Civil war" as I even know people whose family and themself come from there. You also can ask me about turkish or any other eastern politics ! Even if Syria and Turkey are my main parts.
