Homage to Catalonia - George Orwell
People's History of the World - Chris Harman
People's History of the US - Howard Zinn
Biographies of people like Che Guevara, Malcolm X, etc.
Pacifism as Pathology - Ward Churchill
Issac Deutscher's biographies of Stalin and Trotsky
Along with these do some general reading of things you find interesting - history, philosophy, etc..

I'm drunk right now so I can't but like some fool jacked Blood Meridian from me at the laundromat so I just got a new copy in the mail


I'm gonna finish that then I'm gonna read X, Huey, and Moby Dick at the same time. Already started Moby Dick just got Huey in the mail at the same time as I ordered my new copy of Blood Meridian.

What kind of books are you looking for? There are many types including but not limited to:

-Theory
-How-to's/DIY's
-History
-Biographies
-Journalism (like exposes, recounting events, investigation etc.)

probably some others too I forgot- what exactly are you wanting to get out of this? Do you want to learn about an ideology or about certain events and people?
