ePub: Collective Decision-Making and Supervision in a Communist Society

I created an ePub (https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B3Me8-RmOEsPTF9VTHkzZzcxa3M/edit?usp=sharing) from the document Collective Decision-Making and Supervision in a Communist Society. I used the PDF on ZCommunications (http://www.zcommunications.org/collective-decision-making-and-supervision-in-a-communist-society-by-moshe-machover) as a template.

Given that I don't know MathML that well (and that I'm not sure if ePub supports it) I cheated a little on the formulas by making pictures out of the more complex ones. But all the rest should be as close to the PDF as possible.

Machover also refers to a paper by Daryl Glaser, called "Paradoxes of the Council State". This article is no longer available online, but Moshé was kind enough enough to send the PDF to me. I'm procrastinating so decided to check for you. ePub3 supports MathML but many readers don't support or don't process ePub3 properly so apparently there is fallback switch that allows non-ePub3 friendly readers to substitute the MathML with text or images.
