So, I was interested in this book, but the ePub was just god awful (http://ricardo.ecn.wfu.edu/~cottrell/socialism_book/): A simple PDF conversion without any editing whatsoever. So, I took it on me to convert the complete book to a readable layout.

So, I would like to share this (http://www.megafileupload.com/en/file/416751/Towards-a-new-socialism---Cockshott-Cottrell-epub.html) :)

Link to updated version (https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B3Me8-RmOEsPblBjTms3M0t1dEk/edit?usp=sharing) (11 May 2013).

Do you need an account to access it?
I've downloaded the PDF anyway. Thanks for sharing

No, you need to wait for 15 seconds before you can click "download". But it's a free service.

So you finished those 10 chapters already that were left already? Neat.

It's called an e-book, "iBooks" is Apple marketing ;)

But more stuff will be coming. I'll upload them in time :)

It opened as an iBook for me! Probably because I'm on an iPhone.

Why don't you build up a repository on a service such as

Google Drive
Microsoft SkyDrive

That's actually a good idea. I'll make sure to use services like those next time.

I skimmed again over the ePub and fixed a few more mistakes. OP has been updated with new link (using Google Drive now ;) ).

Did you at least use the publicly available PDF (on their website) as the basis for this ePub?

Uh, obviously. What other possibilities were there?

I took the existing ePub and then skimmed over it using the PDF as a template for the desired formatting.
