From what I've heard, there was a small fire at the plant, and when firefighters were dealing with that, the fertilizer chemicals were disturbed. I don't think it was sabotage or an attack.

politics is for news happenings that have a general political aspect or warrant some analysis, ongoing struggles is for, well, ongoing struggles going on in the world, things like various revolutions, liberation struggles, prisoner struggles, etc. general interesting but not political news non-political is best i think:)
