What is the root of oppression? Is it a singular tree or a entire forest metaphorically?
Well what I mean is oppression a singular root force (as in sexism/racism/etc all comes from capitalism) or is it all linked together (as in sexism/racism/capitalism are all linked to together?)? Well for example is the distribution of wealth the cause of oppression or is it much deeper and complex?

While prejudice has all sorts of different sources, oppression comes from a power imbalance between different groups of people. In the context of western capitalism, this is mostly economic, but that's not to say that redistributing economic resources will immediately end all oppression either, because groups will continue to be held above others socially for a wide, wide variety of reasons.

Which the main concern is, even if we have a post-revolutionary society, will this oppression still exist (such as white male privilege)? If so I guess there is much more to be done than just abolishing capitalism since things are not as simple as they appear at first.

Oppression, in a Marxist since is when one class exerts its power over the other. The reasons are because that class is in power and looks out of its own class interests. The interests of the bourgeoisie are to exploit the proletariat for its labor.
But personally I believe the issue goes a bit deeper, I think oppression results from the desire to control, which itself ultimately stems from fear.

Definitely oppression is psychologically embedded into societies. This is part of the reasons I quit anarchism; I eventually had to realize that just because the government was no longer locking me into prisons, denying me services and housing, etc, doesn't mean that I'm still going to be subject to the negative effects of, say, rape culture, which exists memetically rather than being solely the product of capitalist policies. I'll still be interdependent on other human beings and only an anti-oppressive state that can massively re-educate and address the oppressive attitudes of people in society can be expected to make my life any easier in that respect.
