I'm originally from North Carolina, although I now live in Connecticut. I can assure you though that you're not the only communist in the state. While the politics of NC tend to be pretty backwards, you've got a good shot of finding likeminded people near either Chapel Hill or Asheville.

My political ideas seem to be a hodge podge of ideologies, with the majority of it being a Marxist-Leninist perspective.
