Trafalger Square party?

About 20 years ago, Class War called a party in Trafalgar Square for the Saturday after Thatcher's death, at 6pm.

So it'll take place on Saturday 13th April.

Surely that's an 'upcoming event'?

Quite funny though that "ding dong the witch is dead" managed to re-enter the charts straight in the top 10, even though I think the witch slur is a bit close to sexism for comfort.

Well, yes; there's a very good refutation of that idea by some anarcha-feminists from Liverpool. Essentially, it's probably not sexist in itself as there are both good and bad witches, and therefore the evil is more important than the fact she's female.

walked through at about 8.30 whilst about to go home from work; i was too tired to hang around for long, but it was all very lively. too much bloody drum and bass though, can't dance to that shite and seeing crusties do so makes me cringe like nothing else.

millwall were hanging around all day, but i didn't hear anything about them kicking off. sort of entertained the idea they would though, lol.
