There are 18.6 million empty homes and 3.5 million homeless people in America meaning that every homeless American could have owned six houses.

Well, it's true. America is a seriously screwed country, and that comes from someone who lives in america. Sadly, the data is all very accurate too. That being said, I rather like that flier. Maybe i'll hand some out someday, hopefully it wakes someone up.

But we need the empty houses for property speculation and the homeless for the reserve army of destitute unemployed!!! (capitalist logic) Not to say you can't be both employed and homeless....

I think the capitalist system needs extreme poverty for it to function properly. Overall profit is best when certain people have less and are deprived, and often these deprived people are essential to the survival of the global economy. I think anti capitalism has unfortunately been weakened in the western world because the increasing global market has third world countries being client states of the capitalist world powers. Just because class struggle is dead in contemporary America it does not mean they should be blind to the accumulation of capital which is rampantly increasing these days.

Percentage of millionaires in congress - a 50% red.
Is that implying that the republicans are the millionaires that hold half the congress seats, and the other 50% are the poor destitute democrat congressmen that fight for the rights of the working class?
