Is there a communist FAQ or a socialist FAQ like there is an Anarchist FAQ?

It would be nice to have it as a quick source when debating online.

it would be impossible to put one together; what "communism" would we be talking of? that of the stalinists or that of the ultraleft, etc.? there is no commonality.

Couldn't the Revleft Study Guide Project be some sort of FAQ?

I can just imagine the constant edit wars. It wouldn't even have to be between The Stalinists™ and the ultra-left; I can easily see a fight breaking out because someone didn't denounce the despot du your quite enough. Pretty much anyone involved in that fight comes away with the "Stalinist" epithet.

There should be one on the http://marxists.org archive. I've seen a very good one before. I regret not having bookmarked it or something. Now I'm unable to find it back.

I doubt it, not if you are looking for quickly made answers to specific Leftist events, people, and questions. The study guides are more for those genuinely interested in learning and established leftist who are looking for guides to curious topics and tendencies. I suppose it could, to a certain extent, be used as a FAQ but any such activity would be up to the person using it in such a manner (meaning they would have to figure out how to use individual answers as part of their over all intention for the moment).

Maybe I should write one.
With the help of others (people like Ismail, Devrim, and a few others; people with a lot of historical knowledge).

I can be dispassionate about both/all sides I guess.

But too lazy.

But too lazy.Perhaps it could be an open collective project for everybody to contribute to, with a few knowledgeable people here guiding the process.

An Anarchist FAQ was open to submissions but needed a panel of editors to approve inclusions.

And so was planted the seed of the Great Edit Wars that laid waste to entire tendencies.

I thought there already was an anarchist faq provided by Infoshop?
