I'd say it's a crappy rumor, haven't heard a word of this from news outlets. Looking at twitter there's a tweets claiming he got shot by his bodyguard but no one else is talking about this outside of what I see on twitter.

I googled if he were/was dead thinking this was a new thread, but came across a new link (april 3) which again asserts rumours he is dead. Seems a bit odd that it's an almost identical rumour only days later.
