Hello, comrades. I love punk music, and like leftist bands like Rise Against and Rage Against the Machine. I don't know many of them, though. What are some leftist/commands/socialist punk and hard rock bands?

No Leader's list is really exellent, but if you're looking for something explicitly communist, I'd recommend Commandantes (They play Punk-versions of various old communist songs, mostly in german but also in other languages) and Komintern 43 (They're a Marxist-Leninist Skinhead/Punk Band from Spain).
You might also want to have a look at Banda Bassotti and Ska-P. They are both Ska-bands.

you forgot Mischief Brew. Dropkick Murphys and Gogol Bordello aren't specifically socialist but they are advocates for the working class and victims of oppression , and advocate for the end of capitalist thugs. anything from riotfolk.org is a good bet for some decent leftist music.

The Dicks "Hate the police". They were communist in general in the 1980's when that was a no-no. I'd post a video but can't.
