Crucifixion? Fucking hell, I thought that practice died out along with the Roman Empire.

What the fucking fuck is such treatment supposed to achieve anyway? It's needlessly bloodthirsty and callously dehumanising to all involved.

And what about miscarriages of justice? Is it even possible to un-crucify someone? Do they even have a concept of a wrongful conviction under Saudi law?

Fuck this world, I demand a new one!

This is a horrible story, but if it happened in an Islamic country that wasn't in business with US imperialists, the media and the liberals would all be crying over such things. When I mention the US invasion of Iraq/Afghanistan as a bad thing, people use the human rights card.

I'm surprised they don't see it as idolatry to use the same punishment that supposedly killed Jesus. Then again, they're Muslims so don't believe he was crucified. Still though, this is so barbaric but honestly nothing surprises me anymore coming out of Saudi Arabia.

I read that these guys were ultimately beheaded

http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-202_162-57573995/beheadings-not-crucifixion-for-alleged-saudi-thieves/

as if that is somehow supposed to be acceptable, but still apparently crucifixion is uncommon but happens ever now and then the kingdom.
