I am planning on doing a school paper about the Paris Commune.
I was hoping some of you could recommend me books about the Paris Commune. I am aware of the stuff that is on MIA.

Anything that was written about it can be of use.
I hope some of you can help me with this.

You might want to check out Donny Gluckstein's The Paris Commune: A Revolution in Democracy (www.amazon.com/The-Paris-Commune-Revolution-Democracy/dp/1608461181).

The best and defining work is definitely the civil war in france by marx. It is a contemporary source and it was written by someone who went there, besides the fact that it's marx.
