any one have specific details on the young catholic man from America, (now muslim) that fought on the side of the Taliban?
What can we expect to happen to this young man?

he survived the massacre that happend in that prison in mazar al sharif ........
and now he is now in N.allience prison .
in an interview with his parents on cnn , they said that he was a good young man , very calm and very peaceful , he converted to islam in the u.s.a , and went to pakistan to study it , and there joined taliban , but what also his parents said ( that he probably was brainwashed , u know when someone goes to a strange country alone , anyone can fool him and lie to him ) ....... ARE U KIDDING ME , his parents were the ones who were 100 % brainwashed , or maybe just forced to say that ........
why not talk about the great american brainwashing machine !!!

When did this man join the Taliban,because it was the US/NATO who started the war against Afghanistan,not the other way round.If he converted before these hostilities began,then surely he cannot be considered a traitor.Rightly or wrongly,he made the choice to fight for his beliefs and would then have been defending his country.But the US will probably string him up as an example,not in the States of course,the law would just get in the way.Cue one "roving Military court" I think.
