Has anyone seen this interesting and unusual Japanese film? I have mixed feelings on it, but I recommend it just for the pure shock value, lol. Click on the link for a review on it: Suicide Club (http://www.thegline.com/dvd-of-the-week/2003/11-26-2003.htm) There are many more good and interesting reviews so just type in "Suicide Club, japan movie" on google.com to find them. ;)

Yeah!
That movie was waaaaaaaaaay out there. Very obscure, I like that.
The songs by that girl group were pretty catchy. Mail me!

Yeah, my Aunt and I were watching the movie and were wondering why the hell were they keep showing that song over and over again for long periods of time. Of course, we found out why, lol. I laugh everytime I explain the movie to my friend who haven't seen it. I know it isn't suppose to be a comedy, but some parts of the movie, like the singing drag queen and the kiddy cult was just too sickely hilarious when you think about them, lol.

One of the funniest scenes was when the group of kids were on the rooftop and where like "let's jump, let's do it!"
And then everybody but 2 jumped  The guy's expressions had me laughing a lot

That was one of my favorite scenes too. That's the main scene that I tell everyone when I talk about the film, because I can picture some stupid kids doing the same thing in my school; making fun of the original suicide incident, pretend to mimic them, and keep pushing things to the point that they would actually do it. Yeah, the 3 that remained were horrified, they just thought it was a joke, and felt obligated to do it too, as if they chickened out. The hilarious part was when the last girl jumped and was like "I am a charter memeber of the Suicide Club." All I thought was, "what a dumb ass...after you jump, you won't be one anymore, lol."
