poppy z. brite wrote some bad ass books. she still writes books. her books are real morbid and are filled with drugs, suspense, and homosex. i read all of her books. almost all her characters in her books are homosexuals or bisexuals and are men. every chapter you are garanteed to have people getting high, having sex, dieing.
my favorite book by her is exquite corpse. its about a homosexual necrophiliac who teams up with a homosexual canibal and together they fuck each other and kill young boys after they drug them them rape their dead body and eat it.
her books are able to go deep into the emotions of the characters and what they experience.
her characters are homosexuals and bisexuals because she is bisexual.
