Mumia Abu-Jamal

I've been hearing a lot a about this Mumia Abu-Jamal case wear he killed a cop. But I've heard the ideas on guilty and innocent of the case! im so confused what to believe but can anybody give a detailed idea of what happened!

Well I'm not going to go into huge details, simply cause I'm feeling lazy, but needless to say there is enough discrepancies in the case that he at the very least deserves a re-trail. In my opinion, however, he seems to be the victim of the racist justice system in the U.S. and I highly doubt he killed the cop. I am no expert on the case though, I am sure some one will come and give you a better and more detailed response.

Whether or not he killed the cop should be irrelevant to whether or not we have solidarity with him as communists.

When looked at in closer detail it's clear that he was framed up. Even if he wasn't framed, though, we should still support him.
