On may day i'm planning on doing a banner drop in my town. Does anyone have any short but powerful slogans i could right on there? Especially relating to anti-capitalism and labor?

hella occupied? nm inside joke.

"no gods no masters" might work? "we had to fight for the 40 hour week"? i dunno i never really painted banners. one of my ideas in the past was "defunding planned parenthood is de facto eugenics" so yah, short and pithy isn't exactly my specialty.

Call me old fashioned, but I'm rather partial to Marx and Engels' "Workers of the world, unite!" Short, sweet, and to the point.

Just have a black and red banner with the encircled A on it, that will send the message you are looking for.

'One solution, world revolution'

Apart from 'workers of the world, unite', how about 'abolish wage slavery now'?

Or, 'Mayday - 100 million workers are having it off - are you?'

How about "No Layoffs, No Plant Closures – For the convergence of the struggles!"

Sorry for the one-line response, but that's all I've got. In France, they recently built a mass meeting in Paris with those slogans. And I kind of like the slogans for themselves, too.

I assume you mean 'trousers' rather than 'undies'? This is going to be one of those 'different usage of the same words' deals here isn't it?

semantics like this will not help to make the movement more substantial.
