I believe myself that the U.S army is just as bad as Al Qaeda in there own way. Our Nobel peace prize winning president is responsible for thousands of deaths of innocent people. Who are being terrorized everyday by U.S soldiers . And G-Bay in Cuba were they sexually abuse inmates and burn Koran in front of Islamic prisoners.

I don't think all soldiers are blood thirsty killers but the big Conservative generals commanding them are! ..... Am i crazy!! whats your opinions!

The United States government is the political wing of the US Army, the biggest terrorist organisation in the world. The difference between the US army and Al Q'aeda is one is hugely successful and the other is tiny and marginalised. All states are terrorist states and need to be destroyed.

"War is terrorism with a bigger budget," as the saying goes, and the U.S. military certainly knows how to wage wars.

Excellent summation.

1) The United States has become the bully of the world.
2) The United States starts first strike wars of aggression.:cursing:
3) Information gathering techniques were revealed as torture which Obama promised to end but are still going on.:cursing:
4) The government can now detain any American citizen without bringing charges.:cursing:
5) And a bunch of other ominous executive orders of Obama that further eroded American freedoms.

Based on the actions of the United States military in the past 30 years I would say that the United States is now a terrorist nation, and I am ashamed to admit but the United States military forces are the most dangerous to peace in the world.

I believe the world would be a better place if the United States didn't meddle in the affairs of other nations.

Exactly. In each capitalist country there are few groups who define internal politics and in the case of the most powerful of them the external politics too. In the USA the military complex is one of them but banks are another one. The war is financially beneficial to both groups. The government has en excuse to greater dept. There is no better excuse than a “defense”. For a propaganda created by press that is in pocket of both groups it doesn't matter that “defense” is an aggression in fact. They must say because if not, the advertising revenue will decrease dramatically.

For them it is just business. And who cares it is dirty one?

This may be nitpicky, but I'm going throw it out there because I can sometimes be a stickler for precision. I think it's more accurate to identify the problem as the "U.S. military" rather than the "U.S. Army." The Army is only part of the military, after all, and the Navy, Air Force, and Marines are all just as shitty as the Army is.

To be honest mate... They are just as bad as Al-Qaeda, if not worse. They fight for a greedy country that could care less if they die or not. Sad to see these young men full of life dying for senseless f**king war. The media also coerces the public to get behind the "war on terror" (more like war of terror amirite?). It's sad really. We should start fighting the real enemy, the capitalist supremacist.

I don't think the US army is evil.
I think capitalism is a system that needs the state, special bodies of armed men etc.
Evil means nothing. We must look at exactly why every country in the world, probably a few exceptions, has an army. This is just thinking of it in a way that some evil people on top made an army for the sake of being evil. While the real reason is capitalism.

Think of the atrocities that the United States military has committed in Iraq and Afghanistan that have made it into the mainstream media; Abu Graib, drunken soldiers massacring 16 Afghani civilians in southern Kandahar. I also wonder about the many isolated murders, rapes, thefts, blackmailing, and mutilations that probably happen every single day over there by United States soldiers that are considered business as usual; the isolated atrocities that are ignored or covered up by military brass. I imagine that the situation that the United States military finds itself involved in Afghanistan could be a dream come true for a sadist or a rapist.

Those individual acts were certainly barbarous, but the real atrocities were the ones committed by those at the top such as the embargo and subsequent occupation of Iraq that killed hundreds of thousands. The worst part is that these things were considered "legal" so the perpetrators will probably never come to justice, unlike the individual murderers and rapists.

Yes I understand how you saying its not the army its the system, I agree.
I didn't mean to make it look like all the soldiers were all blood-thirsty rapist, most of them are normal citizens who think they're fighting for freedom but they are just oppressing the third world. I meant to be metaphoric sorry!

I have a similar philosophy to yours regarding the U.S Army. I do not believe all soldiers are blood-thirsty killers, some certainly are, but the majority of soldiers are merely deluded by society to believe that they're going to fight for their country's freedom, for patriotism, etc. and some actually believe this. However, the true purpose of the U.S Army is to be the imperialist wing of the Government. That which can not be bought must be taken, and the military does the taking for the politicians and corporations. Hence the saying "war is when the old send the young to their deaths."

The military merely exists to expand the influence, power, and riches of the state. They exist to do the state's dirty work, and do it with unmatched loyalty under the guise of patriotism and nationalism.
