Which color shemagh should I get?

I already have a purple one for protests and it's gotten worn out to the point where it doesn't function any more. For those of you who don't know a shemagh is a face-wrap worn in middle-eastern countries for various reasons. The reason I wear these is so I can hide my identity when i'm protesting. The time has come to where I have to succumb to capitalism and buy a new one :crying: So friends, what color do you think I should get? Its down to olive drab, red and white, or black and white. Also the site won't let me post pictures or links yet so I guess you will have to google them 0_0

I've got a red & white one. It's up to you though. They are pretty great for all uses, hiding your identity, a survival tool, for carrying stuff if you have to, for travelling through heavily forested areas or very dusty areas. Everybody should have one.

Get a red and white one. I got a black and white one, but only because I couldn't find a red and white one where I live. Red and white ones are worn by the PFLP and DFLP. ;)1

Get a black balaclava instead. :closedeyes: That way you get the paramilitary-chic look as well as the masked protestor look (because you can pull the balaclava opening over your head and use it like people use scarves, ie only covering the middle and lower parts of your face).

I have one but it's not for protesting, it's because it's cold as fuck up here and my face starts to hurt if I walk around with out it.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I'll be buying an olive drab one from the paintball shop near my house tomorrow. My aunt is also planning on bring me a PFLP red and white one from the holy land in a month or so. Yay.

I got the olive drab one from an army surplus store today. Looks great but a little more yellow than I would have liked lol. Anyways I can't wait to get my red and white one from Palestine. I'm gonna look so PLO.:D

The paintball shop near my house only had a blue one a pink one and both looked ugly to me so I went to the army surplus store just to get the olive one lol :laugh:

unless everyone else has the same color and scarf this isnt really a useful tool in concealing your identity if you get caught doing anything
