致习近平总书记的公开信

尊敬的习总书记:
从十八大的政治报告中（据说是您负责起草的）可以看出，以您为首的党中央，已经有一整套的整党治国方略。从 您任总书记后发表的一系列谈话中也可看到，您对当代中国的国情、党情是了解的。因此我们下层应该体谅您面临 的极为复杂的局面，耐心等待两三年，方能进一步认识您如何兑现自己对人民的庄严承诺。
但现在这个时期，对于党和国家来说，都“到了最危险的时候”！作为一名共产党员，我也时刻关心着党的生死存 亡。所以还是想对您说些心里话，提些零星建议供您参考：

一、我为什么支持您

虽然我是党员，但党内民主与党的现实生活，不一定要求党员必须支持总书记和与中央保持一致，因为“支持”和 “保持一致”都应当有前提条件，那就是党是否坚持马克思主义政治路线？如果党背离了马克思主义路线，那么党 员就应该明确表示自己的反对意见和政治态度，而不是盲从，这就是党性。我所以支持您，是因为您肯定毛主席和 毛泽东思想，并多次表示要发扬和继承马列主义和毛泽东思想，提倡科学社会主义。您说的“空谈误国，实干兴邦 ”，也十分让人叫好，所以相信您不是个空谈和食言而肥、不做全心全意为人民服务实事的领导人。
然而十八大开过不久，我们似乎感到以您为首的新班子制定的政治思想路线，已遇到反动势力的内外夹击，因此您 不得不采取迂回战术（这可能是我个人的错误判断）。相信您不是个性格懦弱无智慧的人，相信您无论阻力多大， 都顶得住，扛得起，处置得好。
当代中国内政外交矛盾繁多而且极为尖锐，您如果能在这种困难复杂的形势下，在十年内，为把中国引上您的承诺 建设“科学社会主义”的康庄大道打下牢固基础，您将成为中国的第二个毛泽东，您的功绩将与日月 同辉！

二，支持把反腐当作目前内政的首要任务

我完全赞成新的党中央，把反对腐败当作第一件大事来抓。为此建议：
1，先抓金融大案。在金融大案中，又首先要抓中国购买美国“两房债巻”5000（一说3800）亿美元血本 无归这个大案。如能彻底清查处理，党中央的威望将飚升千丈！

6，尽快为薄熙来夫妇的冤案平反。人民注意到，您和新的中央一再强调把反腐斗争引向深入。我们相信，当反腐 斗争真正深入到从来没有深入过的地方时，薄熙来和谷开来冤案的真相，就会大白于天下了！人民始终坚信，薄熙 来是最优秀的党的领导干部，谷开来是冤枉的，所以至今不相信给他们安的一切罪名，以后即便也把薄熙来判刑了 ，老百姓还是不会相信他是坏人，反而更加坚定地认为他们是党内外、国内外反党反共势力相互勾结的受害者；搞 倒他们的目的，是要彻底败坏共产党在人民当中的威信，反对中国回归肯定毛泽东思想，反对中国人民在共产党的 领导下，走共同富裕的社会主义道路彻底复辟资本主义。
7，通过30多年的实践，党应该反思“私有制是万恶之源”这个真理了！

三，反对政治腐败也是当前内政的重要任务

4，反对资产阶级自由化。马克思主义的一条重要基本原理，就是在从社会主义过度至共产主义的整个过度时期， 都要实行无产阶级专政。不承认这条原理――重大的政治原则，就不是真正的马克思主义者。您既然要继承和发展 马列主义和毛泽东思想，也就意味着您赞成在国家消亡之前，必须实行毛主席说的“人民民主专政”这个原则。那 么，要真正做到这点，除了依法打击图谋颠覆国家的敌对政治势力外（例如镇压间谍等），还应该在意识形态领域 里，反对资产阶级自由化，并对某些犯有煽动推翻国家和社会主义政治体制严重罪行的人，也要实行专政，运用法 律法规的手段，把现在的打着提倡言论自由的幌子，明目张胆大造反华反共反社会主义舆论的敌对势力的嚣张气焰 打下去。简而言之，就是取缔他们的话语权！否则，就是养虎遗患、姑息养奸。

还有，他们竟排斥和不推崇歌颂党和人民及其领袖毛泽东在民主革命、社会主义革命与建设中丰功伟绩的歌曲？作 为执政党的领导干部，这不是河水倒流般的愚蠢吗？习总书记，您是在革命家庭长大的，您的夫人是部队的著名歌 唱家，总不会看不到这些最易识别的错误吧？
勿忘执政党在治理国家中肩负的社会主义文化建设任务！

四，对外交政策的几点看法

总的看法：改革开放以来，中国的外交政策，在为了经济建议而“韬光养晦”的错误方针指导下，太软弱，软弱到 近乎向美国为首的帝国主义及其附庸投降的地步。

中国早已在美国的军事包围之中，特别老美假借“反恐”，又把手枪顶在中国的后腰上，如今又“重回亚太地区” ，是“项庄舞剑，意在沛公”，中国如果还像以往那样再做“中美国”的天真美梦，到头来真不知道 是怎样死的！
习总书记，您是个明白人，如何建立正确的中美关系？定是您考虑的首要外交政策，相信您也会知道连我们普通老 百姓都看得出的维护国家利益的结症是什么在哪里？因此建议：
1，摆脱美国对中国的影响和控制，重新站起来！
2，以后不再屈从美国，压制盟友朝鲜，因为朝鲜其实在护卫着中国的安全，重温抗美援朝时期那个“唇亡齿寒” 的口号吧！既然美国不断加强与日韩的军事同盟，不断卖给它们先进武器，中国为什么就不能巩固发展与朝鲜的关 系？为什么不能把先进飞机卖给朝鲜？中国应该用先进武器武装同盟国朝鲜。

五，对改革开放原则的建议

共产党人无论办什么事，都要讲马克思主义原则性，这是毛主席一贯教导我们的。所以我觉得，搞改革开放，也要 讲原则性，那种“不管黑猫白猫，抓到老鼠就是好猫”的“理论”，是不讲原则性的机会主义，几十年带来的祸害 磬竹难书。
现在又到了一个新的改革开放时期，要讲原则性了。学者网友孙海写了一篇极好的文章《论毛泽东对外开放的五大 思想原则及其当代价值》，只要看小标题，信仰毛泽东思想的人们，就会一切都明白了，我想借它作为向您的建议 ：
