I'm looking for any good good reads on anarchism. The only anarchic book i have is Ishmael and it's good so far. I know a lot of people get many anarchic thoughts from The Communist Manifesto (and i can see why its a great read) but is there a "Anarchist Manifesto" and lastly what are by far the best books written by Goldman, Bakunin, and any other famous anarchists. Thanks!

I dont know any high-quality literature and anylises, but if you are looking for the anarchist version of the Communist Manifesto, you should probably try the ABC of Anarchism, by Alexander Berkman. For the more practical use of Anarchism in every day life I believe you shoud read The Conquest of Bread by Peter Kropotkin, altough I have not yet read this one myself.

The Anarchist FAQ really is the most effective piece of anarchist propaganda I have come across. It is now available in book form, but the online version is probably easier to read. Unlike other books, it was written by committee, and this shows in every passage in that all ideas are given their due weight. If there is one comprehensive "book" of anarchism you must read, I will recommend it above the rest, without hesitation.

If you mean the two volume one published by AK Press then I have that and it is interesting.
OP: You should look into Black Flame: The Revolutionary Class Politics of Anarchism and Syndicalism by Lucien van der Walt and michael Schmidt, The Conquest of Bread by Peter Kropotkin, and Anarcho-Syndicalsim by Rudolf Rocker to name a few.
I haven't finished all of these myself but I have read some. The first one is probably your best bet out of the bunch.
EDIT: If you want to support the IWW you could buy Black Flame from them here (http://store.iww.org/black-flame.html).

About anarcho-colectivism I recommend Bakunin's:
"Marxism, Freedom and the State"
"Statism and Anarchy"
