Since the end of the december there are mass protests in Hungary, starting on universities but very soon going more broad, spreading to schools and other workplaces.
Although unions are presenting university privatisations as the cause for current protests, they obviously have arisen as a reaction to tuition fees and cutting the budget places. It would be good if we would have someone in Hungary to tell us more, considering that media is giving voice only to official student organisations.
