Sites to share PDFs on

Does anybody know of any good website I can use to share PDF files with? I want to upload a certain book to a site so that I can share it with others, yet I don't know of any site that will allow for that. I have been trying to use scribd for the past two days, but the file always fails to upload for whatever reason. So I figured I'd the fine people here.

Google docs/drive, if it's just for specific people, or you could link to it from another page. also google pages/sites allows you to upload PDFs.

Seconded Google Docs or Google Drive. They're pretty good for private sharing.

I should emphasize that I am looking for a site for public sharing, rather than private.

Also, that anonfiles.com site doesn't seem to be working properly. :/

I used them recently and one document wouldn't go and another would just fine.

Scribd and MediaFire seem pretty intent on knowing your business. A new account on a major social media site?
