Sorry if i've posted a question like this already, but are there any good contemporary marxist psychologists? Psychology with political connotations is very interesting, if anyone could point me towards some papers or articles that maybe shed light on the formation of individual political thought, and anything on processes that lead to ideas being accepted, i'd be muchos gracias.

He's not contemporary but Lev Vygotsky was a Soviet psychologist who was interested in applying what he called the "cultural-historical" approach to studying people.
