What do you think will be the perception of sexuality and gender will be in communism?

Do you think that conceptualizations of them will still exist, or will gender and sexual binaries have been completely abolished?

By then it will be abolished in the sense that no one will make a distinction between "Male" and "Female", gender-roles will be no more, and archaic sexism and queerphobia will be gone thus rendering oppressive institutions obsolete freeing the way for the decay and eventual destruction. This will be the fate, in all likelihood, assuming the revolutionary left takes an active part in the surmounting of these reactionary pillars of bourgeois society.

For specifics I would say that under communism what was known as male and female before the revolution will blend into a new distinction, one which is separate from yet takes cues from both in terms of identification. In other-words, under communism there will be the freest self-expression available without discrimination or pressure to conform.

Well first, the existence of pure communism alone in it's economic state does not necessarily guarantee freedom of sexuality and gender by itself. For any freedom to be created there must be a struggle on that level as well during the revolution.
That being said, it would be desirable in post-revolutionary society to be bigotry-free without binaries, everyone would be free to express their gender(s) as they wish but this must be fought for first.

The destruction of private property as an institution will remove its ability to mediate relations of individuals by preventing the social reproduction of these concepts paving the way for them to be toppled over. I think that after capitalism falls we will likely see a final wave of movements emerge to purge these and other similar notions once and for all ideally. If not we will atleast be in a better position to evaluate and reassess and remaining shortcomings and issues.

How do you know this? Says who?

Says revolutionary Queer theory as practiced by Queer Liberationists. I do not know it for sure but that is why I said it depended on all revolutionary elements joining in the struggle to destroy mutually oppressing institutions.

Who are their most known theorists?

Who are their most known theorists?

I think "known" is a bit of a loaded term since they are so obscure especially considering a lot of the theory is done through organizations, where no credit is given in any substantial way, or through academic settings whose authors may or may not continue with their train of thought from article to article.

I work on Queer theory, as evidenced by my sig link, but substantial pieces such as the topic at hand I have not yet covered in great detail.

There was a thread on Queer theory in learning which I think you might find interesting...

Full sexual and gender liberation for all people can only happen if existing social institutions are abolished and the archaic values they represent are swept aside with them. Ideally, communism will achieve sexual and gender liberation, but only if both are on the agenda during the struggle for communism.
