Because they can post in closed threads, the global moderators might accidentally use the wrong one.

Yeah, I just realised I was using the wrong one. Will make sure I use the right one in future. I didn't even notice there were two as I was just going to the same URL from my browsing history. Oh well. Thanks for pointing it out.
