K, i need to know about like the history of certain super heroes/villains, and the logic behind it.

Punisher, what the hell kind of a super power is the ability to use guns? He lives in a van, has a hella lot of guns.

Ghost Rider, why does he ride a bike with a flaming skull?

Fantastik Four, how did they come up with this? stretch dude, invisible women (novel), hulk wanna be, and flame guy?

Batman, he lives in a cave with a boy, and slides down fire poles. Whats up with that?

Marvel is still the best, non sensical however, yet still the best.

Althogh comics are found as intertainig, some of them were created according to the times. the incredible Hulk was made during the red scare when everyone was all paranoid about chemical weapons. Others such as Captain America were made to boost patrioticness and Superman with his red white and blue colors. Some comics, the more popular ones anyways, are made for propaganda purposes.

The Punisher doesnt have superpowers he is a vietnam vet out for revenge for the deaths of his family ( this will be explained more in the movie this summer which sadly is set in Tampa of all places instead of the New York setting of the comic book)

The Fantastic Four got there powers I think from radiation when there ship crashed and The Thing is NOT a Hulk wannabe, he is made of rock.

How stupid are you to think that Batman lives in a cave? Batman is the alias of millionare Bruce Wayne he lives in a mansion ( i think called Wayne Manor)

the punisher is a lame, second rate super villian who really never should have had any claim to fame. he is a rip off of kraven, ala spider man fame. his original story arc had him killing off a bunch of stupid super villians like the "ringer". since then he has been beaten down by daredevil a hundred times over. he is only good at killing drug dealers and mobsters, and, according to the dolph lundgren movie, gamblers. oh yeah. and ninjas.

as for batman, the homosexual undertones are an insult to the proud heritage of adoption and foster parenting. I think it was originally introduced as a comedic element in the sixties Tv series, but since then all anti-super hero protestant cross burners have used this idea, that batman and robin are gay, as proof that comics are the work of the devil.

I watch the olde batman shows, u know the one with every type of repellent that exists in batman&#39;s belt, robin saying,"holy insert situation here BATman&#33;", and where batman did the bat-tussy. That is FUNNY, it is so bad it is FUNNY. Was batman adopted, I thought his parents were mugged, then died and he swore revenge. Hence super hero. Batman&#39;s lab and stuff is in his cave, what happens during a flood or heavy rain?

aquaman is nowhere near the greates superhero of all time. just look at that picture. he makes Garrett ala ASSASSIN look dry as a desert.

the best superhero, solo, is daredevil. the best superheroine is jean grey. this is strictly defined from the realm of comic books, so don&#39;t try and read too much into these statements.

DD is best because he is like the anti-hero type. I mean, he&#39;s a fucking devil. he gets the fuck beaten out of him all the time, loses his mind every thirty issues or so, and is blind on top of all of that. he&#39;s also a lawyer who works at like a street level law firm that works for charity. and, all of his girlfriends have either tried to kill him, are currently trying to kill him or have killed him already. he&#39;s like the most realistic super hero of all time.

JG is best because she&#39;s like, hold on a second here. I just decided she&#39;s the best so let me come up with something. right. first of all, she&#39;s like a standard tragic superheroine. you gotta look at the Dark Phoenix saga to get this one straight. she&#39;s in the XMEN which is cool. she&#39;s aka the phoenix, which is very cool. her powers are excellent. and she&#39;s like a babe. I guess. though I respect her mind more than anything, which is strange considering she&#39;s like a comic character. go figure.
