Remember that story a while back of the cop who pulled some kids out of a parked car and gave one of them a cavity search (for basically no reason)?

That dude got in serious trouble, though, as I remember, because it came to light that he was basically just a sexual predator in uniform...

The lawsuit further alleges that Helleson performed searches on both women, touching both their anus and vaginas, without changing the latex gloves between searches.

Apparently, cops can now get away with sexually assaulting and possibly causing serious health problems to women simply because one thought he could smell marijuana. One more crime that the police get away with daily.
