The right of recall was typically a constitutional right in Soviet Union.
Does anyone have sources on higher and highest political delegates been recalled from below ?
And in what way was the right to be made use of ?
The lowest soviet (occupational based) could recall the deputies of the regional soviet ? And the regional soviets could recall the All-Rusian Soviet Congress delegates ? and the congress could recall All-Russian Central Executive Committee delegates ? and the All-Russian Central Executive Committee the Sovnarkom commissars ?
