I wouldlike to ask the anarchists: Who is going to create the laws or if there are going to be no laws at all in a socialist era and how are they going to keep the order because there are always some people that will do something bad.

I would also like to ask the Leninists and the brances of Leninism if the laws are going to be made by the party and what happens if they aren't fair or the people (communist people ofcourse not capitalists) desagree with them because they find them too hursh. At the same time will the laws be changed after the transition from capitalism to communism?

Last but not least I ask all the tendencies if there is going to be someone or an organisation to maintain the order for possible crimes or anything like a crime while communism has been achieved?

Certainly can't speak for the anarchists on the board, but I was one for 20 years, and I can tell you that though 'no rules no rulers' was a fairly popular slogan among teenage punks, 'anarchism' means 'without rulers' rather than 'without rules' - of course, you know this being Greek. I never met an Anarchist in those 20 years who didn't think that coming up with principles for social living was a bad thing, just that the people subject to the 'rules' had to be the ones involved in formulating them, instead of being told they had to live by them by an external authority.

On your last question, I don't think there should be a specific body charged with 'preventing crime' in a communist society, no.
