None of this is 'happycore' unless that's different from happy hardcore.

I thought it was happy hardcore too.

Nope. Even the link you quoted is done by a self-admitted dance/pop group.

Happy hardcore is a rave thing, this is too poppy. Especially eiffel 65. If you want happy hardcore I suggest looking for tapes on youtube or something from raves and clubs like dreamscape, helter skelter, and club kinetic.

Just 2 happy hardcore tracks from off the top of my head:

Dj seduction & eruption - bust the new jam
Dj seduction - samplemania

Not happy hardcore at all..

In holland happy hardcore came up during the big gabber hype of the 90's as something wich related a bit to that culture and could be played on the radio.

Most of the time it was just a more happy and less hard version of gabber tracks, just to make a buck

bad ideas actualised by alcohol

I meant before I saw the links and just read the title, I thought it was happy hardcore.

I had a couple of happy hardcore cds back in the day. Try cleaning the house while listening to them...you'll be surprised how much you accomplish in so short a time! :D
