Paul Kagame: African Freedom Fighter or Capitalist Scumbag?

I was just wondering what everyone's opinions on Paul Kagame are. Kagame is the president of Rwanda, and his RPF pretty much stopped the genocide occurring in Rwanda in 94' by themselves. Since then Kagame has become the president of Rwanda, promoted very capitalist policies, and is questionable on human rights.

He's the face of neo-colonialism in Rwanda. The RPF itself bears significant responsibility for a significant portion of the killings and behaved as an army of conquest, not of liberation. They carried out large-scale massacres in, eg, refugee camps.

I agree with Gladiator. Kagame is a dictator who represents the interests of the Tutsi elite and neocolonialism.
